Changes to Terms
Introductory note
This Terms of Return document sets out Thalorin’s return and refund practices applicable to purchases from our Swiss operations. It is written to be concise and practical for technology and product development customers. These terms are subject to applicable Swiss law and the specific terms that apply to each purchase.
Terms of Return
- Eligible purchase
- A transaction completed through Thalorin where the item or service is offered as returnable at the time of sale.
- Return window
- The defined calendar period from the date of delivery during which a return request may be made.
- Item condition
- The physical and documentation state required for an item to qualify for refund or transaction, as described below.
Eligibility
Customers may request returns for eligible purchases made directly from Thalorin’s Swiss storefront. Eligibility is determined by the product type, the original payment method, and adherence to these Terms of Return. Third‑party reseller purchases follow the reseller’s policies.
Return Window
Unless a different period is communicated at the point of sale, returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Requests received after the return window will be considered but may not be accepted.
Item Condition Requirements
Returned items must be in substantially the same condition as delivered and include all original materials and documentation. Consumables and single‑use items must be unopened to qualify for a return.
Return Process
- Contact Thalorin by email with purchase details and reason for return.
- Follow the return authorization instructions provided by our team, including packaging and labeling requirements.
- Retain tracking information until the return is acknowledged by Thalorin.
Refunds
When a refund is approved, Thalorin will process it to the original payment method or, where applicable, by another mutually agreed method. Refund timing may vary based on the payment provider and processing rules.
Transactions
- Transactions are handled case by case and depend on availability.
- If an transaction is approved, customers will be provided instructions for returning the original item and receiving the replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain goods and services are not returnable, including custom or bespoke deliverables and redeemed digital items. If an item is non-returnable, this will be stated at purchase.
Shipping & Return Costs
- Customers are generally responsible for return shipment costs unless the return arises from an error by Thalorin.
- Thalorin may provide a pre‑paid return label for certain approved returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
Report damaged or defective items promptly. Thalorin will assess the claim and offer repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate. Claims for visible damage should be reported within a short period after delivery.
Proof of Purchase
- A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required to process returns and refunds.
- Failure to provide proof of purchase may delay or prevent processing.
Restocking Fees
In some cases, a restocking fee may apply to cover administrative handling and refurbishing. Any applicable fee will be disclosed prior to final acceptance of the return.
International Returns
- International returns are subject to customs rules and additional shipping costs.
- Taxes and duties may not be refundable by Thalorin; customers are responsible for local import regulations.
Abuse & Fraud Prevention
Thalorin may deny returns or refunds where abuse, repeated misuse, or suspected fraudulent activity is identified. Actions taken will comply with applicable law and internal procedures.
Changes to Policy
- Thalorin may revise these Terms of Return from time to time. Changes will be posted on our site and apply to purchases after the effective date stated on the site.
